Debra is working on a sign-up survey and that will be coming out soon. So, keep an eye out for it if you are planning to visit Kauaʻi. Once the survey comes out, RSVP deadline: Friday, December 15

Best to look for something now as discounts are being given to book this far in advance - Kauai Shores, Coconut Beach Hotel.

*Golfing $15/HI $20/ weekends Prices likely  to change in January 2024. Non-resident: $48 weekday / $60 weekends & holidays.

*Kipu Ranch Adventures - (ATV) Regular price for 3hr tour is $212. Our group would get 50% off at $106

*Holoholo Bike -Rides on the coastline from Kapaʻa to Kealia. $25-$40 for 2 hrs depending on type of bike from 1-gear to electric.

*Serve KS Pre-school in Anahola with an activity approximately 1.5-2hrs - More on that later.

Friday @ Kauaʻi Shores Hotel Lava Lava Restaurant - Live Hawaiian music, pupu, dinner, beachside.

Saturday @ Kintaro’s or Hukilau - Reserve separate room.

Sunday - Service on the Beach @ 8a-8:30a followed by brunch @ Sheraton Coconut Beach Hotel - 6am-10am $36/adults (eggs, crepes, sausages, cereal station, prime rib, rice, potatoes, etc)


Oʻahu - May 31 - Jun 2, 2024

Friday - Family Day @ Ala Moana Beach Park. Hoping to get a picnic site to view the fireworks show. Dinner available for purchase; more details later.

Saturday - Bishop Museum visit and presentation in Hawaiian Hall Atrium - Kuʻuipo Kumukahi and the Hawaiian Music Perpetuation Society. Looking into discounts for Bishop Museum entrance fee; more details later regarding discount and lunch.

11AM - Memorial Service @ Kawaiahaʻo Church
5-10PM - Lūʻau @ National Guard Association Center (891 Valkenburgh St) with food provided by Kanak Attack

Hawaiʻi - Aug 16-18, 2024

Friday - Golf in Waikoloa; reception in Waimea - Anna’s; Berta (Roberta Ruddle Jacques) - Tour of her property for non-golfers (Fri or Sun)

Saturday - Visit Moʻokini Heiau, dinner 

Sunday - Brunch - Location TBD.

Lodging - Waimea Lodge, Kamuela Lodge (just renovated), Hilton, Marriott

Maui Nui - Oct 11-13, 2024

Friday - Golf; visit to campus (students on Fall break); Loʻi in Waikapu - get lūʻau leaf and paʻi ʻai. Gathering at classmate’s house.

Saturday - Lūʻau - More info later.

Sunday - Worship (Location TBD). Lunch to follow.

There may be service opportunities to support the Lāhainā community. Community groups are in the process of organizing. As you can imagine, this is a dynamic and ever-changing situation. Waiola Church was the original “service” location, however, due to the fire, that may be unavailable. Lāhuiokalani-Ka’anapali Congregational Church in Honokowai is a possible location if Waiola Church is not available. Will be able to get better prices/locations in 2024.
